Very interesting to see that this alien hybrid has an additional secret surprise for the journalist he disciplined. A very interesting and steamy story. I may need to reread this just for that fact!
Kept me guessing and intrigued. Hot, steamy, erotic passion. Didn't want to put the book down at all. Enjoyed it thoroughly!!
I love this Roswell inspired sci-fi romance. As an X-Files nerd, I was feeling out over the plot, hehe.

I don't want to give it all away, but he's an alien hybrid trying to save her life. She's a reporter at the wrong place and wrong time.

She's not weak, but sometimes impulsive. He's very strong and loving, even with a life of torture and devoid of love. I loved the happy ending.
This book was decent, but there were words with the wrong letter too often. As though a find and replaced occurred messing up words. Also the sex scenes were often duplicated or pretty close to duplicate. It was a decent story, but I wasn't addicted to reading it. I'm pretty sure I won't pick up another book by this author, sorry.
First of all this felt like a bdsm relationship without a safe word. This book wasn't written the best at all. It felt like she was trying to go for a poetic feel but then a lot of feelings and actions were repeated. Not a horrible book but not a fantastic one either.
Very enjoyable book about a hybrid man and the reporter that comes to love him. There is little doubt that this story is in part inspired by the 1947 crush in Roswell, NM where the alien wreckage was (supposedly) taken to Area 51 in Nevada. Or so the conspiracy theoriests claim. Excellent writing, interesting characters and a satisfying conclusion make this book sizzle.
This is a fast-paced and standalone book that will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. There's action, adventure, drama, danger, suspense, twist/turns, enemies, survival, intrigue, mystery/secrets, surprises, fear, anger, failures/successes, conflict, fighting, life-threatening situations, threats, romance, passion/lust and love.
This story is based on the future about an area called Echelon 67 (think area 51)which is said to be a place for secret experiments, and there seems to be a high number of deceased bodies that are being dismembered. But no one has answers.
The H is an alien-human that has been genetically engineered into a super soldiers and is designed to withstand burns, pain and to heal super fast.
The h is a freelance journalist who has been caught snooping on government property to get that big story. And her adventure begins.....
